Creative thinking, coaching and marketing strategy to bring the zing back to your business.

If I had to guess, I’d say you decided to start your business for one or all of the following reasons:

Because you passionately believe that your product or service should be out in the world helping people and/or making them happy.

Because you’re a born entrepreneur – brimming with ideas and ready to bring them to life.

Because you are a hexagonal-shaped human and you just don't fit in the round hole that society seems hell bent on squishing us into.

Because you want to be the captain of your own ship – setting the course and choosing your own crew mates.

Because you love a challenge, you’re up for the adventure and you’re willing to take a risk to see where this adventure might take you.

Because you are ready to fulfil all that potential that is bubbling through your veins and take your business and the ideas it’s built on into the stratosphere.

I see you and I am 100% with you.

However, this adventure ain’t all plain sailing and it sure ain’t an adventure to navigate by yourself. Every adventurer needs a co-pilot. And that's where I come in!

Is the honeymoon cruise over?

Maybe you've hit a few speedbumps or lost your direction. Now that you've been up and running for a while, you might be considering a complete change of direction. You might even be in total chaos and wondering what madness made you think it was a good idea to set up a business in the first place. You're tired of stumbling along, you're feeling bruised and you're absolutely ready to hit a smooth patch – preferably a prolonged one.

Worry no more - your  chaos is safe with me. I'm here to help and I'm bringing my kit bag of fresh ideas  with me!

Time to nail the 4 P's - your foundational pillars for success.

Whether you’re selling a product or a service there are four key things you'll want to be clear as Irish spring water on before you’re ready to shoot for the next level. If any one of these pillars has been built in a hurry (probably because you were trying to build them ALL by yourself) your business may wobble, you won’t see the progress you know is possible, and you might end up falling out with it completely.

Let's not have that. You've worked wayyyy too hard for it.

As a creative manythinger, I have spent the last two decades gathering a range of tools that I use to help creative entrepreneurs and business owners get super clear on their 4 Ps  - Product, Proposition, Process and People.

I bring my experience as a creative director in the advertising world, a qualified coach (ACC), a creative entrepreneur, and someone with a naturally bubbling brain for ideas (hello, ADHD) to this process and together we will steer your business away from the Stormy Seas of Chaos and set a course for success - whatever success looks like for you.

About

Is your product or service is brilliant as it can be? Is it something people really need or desire and are happy to hand over their hard-earned for? Is there anything about your product that needs tweaking, refining, improving. When it comes to the thing you sell, it should be a no-brainer for your ideal customer. YES! I need this thing, please take my money.

Can you tell people what you do or what you sell in a succinct, coherent, compelling way so that they get it instantly. No need to ask any clarifying questions. No puzzled look on their face as they wonder what you've said actually means? People are tired, bandwidth is low. Nailing your proposition is one of the most important things we'll do.

Are you set for success with robust internal and external processes that will do most of the heavy lifting for you? If not, let's start getting things organised. Trust me when I say that 'organised' is not my natural habitat either but without these processes in place that lovely boat you've built yourself might just sink! We'll build a structure that calms the chaos but bends when you need it to as well.

The 4th P of your business could be you wearing 50 different hats or you  managing a team of 50 people – all with their own unique ways of being and doing. People management can be one of the most challenging parts of running a business but it’s crucial to give it the time and focus needed to get it right. Happy people =  happy work.

Services

Sailing away from the Stormy Seas of Chaos

Every business goes through scrappy phases - it's inevitable and all part of the process. However, at some point scrappy has to turn pro and become a serious contender in the market. Our work together will focus on transforming your business into a well-oiled machine, ensuring that you, the captain of this ship, have the right support in place to build a profitable, sustainable and enjoyable business that you're excited to work on and in for as long as it feels right for you.

The entrepreneurial adventure is most definitely not for everyone. It's bloody hard work and there are precisely zero guarantees of success. However, I passionately believe that with a brilliant product, a clear and compelling proposition, robust processes, and great marketing, success beyond your wildest dreams is absolutely possible.

Meet your co-pilot

Hello! I'm Jude - ICF accredited coach, creativer thinker, marketing strategist and serial entrepreneur. I started my first business when I was 16 (baking cakes and cupcakes in my Granny's kitchen) and despite an accidental career in advertising, I am still making lovely things that make people happy and win the occasional award today.

Has my entrepreneurial journey been plain sailing? It most emphatically has not. I have cried many tears and at times have fervently wished that I'd never caught this bug. But, much like my acting career (a whole other story), it's in my DNA, it's part of who I am, and I hope I'm still coming up with new business ideas when I'm shuffling about on my zimmer frame.

Other things it might be useful for you to know about me:

I'm very honest - but will deliver my honest opinion with the utmost kindness.

I am a 'why' person. If something is not making sense to me and I can't make the dots join together, I will ask many questions until it does make sense and the dots do join. But again - always with kindness and for the good of your business.

I want the sun, the moon and stars for every client I work with and I will celebrate all your wins with a happy dance and a virtual high five and expect you to do the same!

I have ADHD. Welcome to my world if you too are that soldier. I see you, I feel you and I am ready to hyperfocus like bejaysus with you and for you.

Ready to have me as your co-pilot?
